Values
True and authentic core values express what you believe at a deep level. They serve to set direction, inspire commitment, and prioritize initiatives. In this module, you will co-create a small set of timeless guiding principles.
Mission
A mission expresses the core purpose of an organization. It is the reason you and your team continue to dedicate your time and resources to the organization’s goals and can also serve as a driver for why your customers and vendors choose to work with you.
Vision
Developing an organizational vision includes a compelling description of a desired future along with a long term aspirational goal. Your team will share elements of your visions for the organization and work together to distill the highlights into a shared vision.
Objectives & Key Results
OKRs inspire achievement of ambitious goals and help to prioritize and align work efforts across an organization. Your team will go through a systematic planning process that includes setting goals at the company, team, and individual level.
