Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the programs?
Programs vary in length from 4 months to 12 months, with many clients choosing to continue the engagement at the conclusion of the initial program. We’ll work with you to design a program well-suited to your goals.
Are meetings in person?
We regularly meet with clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and Boston. For one-on-one leadership development, we hold sessions by video for clients who aren’t located in San Francisco or Boston and for local clients if it’s difficult to meet in person for one of the sessions. For teams, we commonly travel to their office and hold coaching sessions and workshops in person.
How much do the programs cost?
Each program has a unique structure, and with it a different associated cost. After an initial meeting, we’ll share a proposal with you outlining the program structure and cost. We encourage clients to think of the program cost as an investment, since leadership development has a clear ROI seen in increased financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
How often will we meet?
Most one-on-one leadership engagements include around two sessions per month. Team leadership development generally includes a workshop or coaching session each month, with readings and leadership to-dos in between sessions.
